Following a successful career in the Royal Air Force as an Aeromedical Evacuation Nurse, Sam found her passion in the management of Nursing Homes and has multiple post graduate courses in both Nursing and Teaching.
Sam set up Ethos Nursing, 9 years ago which has been a hugely successful Nursing and Management Turnaround Consultancy for services struggling to meet regulatory and contractual standards.
